Please read carefully the following terms and conditions as they constitute a binding agreement between the customer and Sweetscape Floral Cupcakes. By using any of Sweetscape Floral Cupcakes services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 18 years and older to accept the Terms and Conditions. We do not accept orders from persons under this age.

Prices

• All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your order, exact specifications, design and the size of your product.

• Following an enquiry, a quote is valid for 14 days. Sweetscape Floral Cupcakes cannot guarantee an order and time slot until a full payment has been received. If more than 48 hours has elapsed since the original quote, please check availability before you pay your deposit

• For large orders (Wedding, Corporate, Events): booking must be made 6 months in advance, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order, 50% balance due 14 days prior to collection date. If more than 48 hours has elapsed since the original quote, please check availability before you pay your deposit

Standard Orders

• Standard Orders are defined by:

  • a bouquet order quantity of up to 2 items per customer

  • or; a boxed order quantity of up to 3 items per customer

  • or; a two-digit number order per customer

• Each product is made to order so although every effort is made to ensure consistency, small variations may occur from the colour and design requested

Corporate/Event/Wedding - “Large” Orders

• Large Orders are defined by:

  • a bouquet order quantity of 3 or more items per customer

  • or; a boxed order quantity of 4 or more items per customer

  • or; multiple two-digit number orders per customer

  • or; a combination of any of the above order definitions

• Large Orders will be only be accepted when order is placed no less than 16 weeks prior to the Collection Date

• There may be an additional consultation fee if there is more than 2 hours of consultation to finalise the order prior to starting production

• To avoid disappointment please give as much notice as possible for your order

• Each product is made to order so although every effort is made to ensure consistency, small variations may occur from the colour and design requested

• For Large Orders (Wedding, Corporate, Events): booking must be made 4 months in advance and if more than 48 hours has elapsed since the original quote, please check availability before you pay your deposit

Advance Ordering

• To avoid disappointment please give as much notice as possible for your order. However, I will accept short notice orders subject to availability

• Each product is made to order so although every effort is made to ensure consistency, small variations may occur from the colour and design requested

Best before Date / Storage Conditions

• Sweetscape Floral Cupcakes products are baked to ensure they are fresh on the date of your collection

• I cannot guarantee the quality if the product is consumed more than 24 after the date of collection

• Your products need to be kept at room temperature in a cool dry place between 18c - 23c, out of direct sunlight. When not out for consumption or event try keep in an air tight container or box

• Sweetscape Floral Cupcakes are made entirely of natural ingredients and do not contain additives and preservatives. However, to achieve colours in flowers food colourants are added. Please refer to allergens and ingredient list for more information

• Sweetscape Floral Cupcakes will not be held liable if items are not consumed during the recommended time frame or are stored in an incorrect manner. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the storage conditions are adhered to

Deposits and Payments

• Sweetscape Floral Cupcakes currently do not have a payment portal on our website. All orders are placed and confirmed via consultation.

• Part-payments, full payments and deposits will all be processed via Sales Invoice and Bank Transfer

• All relevant information for payment will be available on the customer’s Sales Invoice

• Payments may take up to 48 hours to clear.

• Sweetscape Floral Cupcakes may request a proof of payment in order to locate payments if not referenced correctly

• For Standard Orders, payment in full is required upon confirmation of the order

• For Large Orders, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order, 50% balance due 14 days prior to collection date

• Production of the order will not commence until payment has been received

• If a payment arrangement has been made that is outside of our standard policies, written agreement and acknowledgement must be confirmed from both parties

Non-edible Items

• Some products contain inedible items. You will be advised if your product has a non-visible product such as cake support dowels. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure these are removed before consumption e.g. cake toppers etc.

Collection and Delivery

• Products can only be collected from my premises at the prearranged time and date. The collection location for all orders is Bayswater, Auckland. The full address will be supplied to you on confirmation of your order

• Delivery is currently not offered

• It is your duty to examine the product upon collection to ensure that the order is intact and not damaged. We do not accept any liability for product damage once it has left our control

• Always carry your box or bouquet from the bottom not the sides as this may cause damage to the cupcakes

• Insure it was placed on a flat level surface out of direct sun, on a non slip surface. best options are normally the passenger footwell or boot/ trunk of the car

Cancellation Policy

• Standard Order Cancellation Policy:

• If a standard order is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the collection date, customer will receive full refund

• If a standard order is cancelled 7-14 days prior to collection date, customer will receive a 50% refund

• If a standard order is cancelled within 7 days of the collection date, no refund will be processed to the customer

• Large Order Cancellation Policy:

• If a large order is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the collection date, customer will receive full refund

• If a standard order is cancelled 7-14 days prior to collection date, customer will receive a 50% refund

• If a standard order is cancelled within 7 days of the collection date, no refund will be processed to the customer

• Sweetscape Floral Cupcakes retain the right to cancel the booking in exceptional circumstances beyond their control, such as fire or ill health, during such times, a full refund of any money paid will be made as soon as practically possible
